In 2007, Joy placed at the Lancaster Fair baking competition for her now famous chocolate chip cookies. Now in 2009, she placed with her Banana Nut bread!

All meals prepared with a touch of Joy!

Breakfasts is always served with a fresh fruit, muffins, coffee, juice or an asssortment of teas. It may consist of apple clafuoti, french toast, pancakes or an omlette. You have the option of hot or cold cereal and toast in addition to the daily offering.

Please let us know of any vegetarian requests & special dietary needs when making your reservation.

We grow our own Raspberries and when in season you can pick your own to take home.

In the afternoon Joy’s warm, fresh baked goods will be available for you to enjoy. Just right after a day of skiing, hiking or visiting Santa's Village.

For your evening meal, we have menus from local and regional restaurants and you can even bring take-out back to the Applebrook. For group of ten or more, we'll do dinner. Check out a sample dinner menu.
